Southern BBQ spots worth the smoke
As mayo makers, we’ve always got our eyes on barbecue and the rich ‘n creamy sides that Southerners make to go with it. (It’s been said that a great slaw can make the whole tray…) This summer, pull up to a barbecue joint, watch the smoke ride waves of heat out across the parking lot, and let it invite you in to enjoy paper-lined trays piled high with brisket, chicken, ribs, pulled pork – and of course the great sides. But to find the good stuff, you have to hit the road and seek the experience. Here’s our “road trip list” of some Southern barbecue spots worth knowing about right now.
