Russian Dressing
Similar to Thousand Island Dressing but with a spicy kick, Russian dressing is famously used to add creamy, delicious flavor to Reuben Sandwiches piled high with corned beef, pastrami, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.
