BLT Chipotle Chicken Wrap
A quick, flavorful idea for lunch that’s a twist on an American classic – the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. You can substitute arugula for the romaine, or use any other lettuce you have on hand.

Ingredients
BLT Chicken Wrap
- 1 large tortilla, warmed slightly
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Mayo, divided, recipe follows
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 slices tomato
- 1/2 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
Chipotle Mayo Sauce
- 1/2 cup Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Mexican crema)
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 to 3 teaspoons chipotles in adobo, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- Make the Chipotle Mayo Sauce: (Makes 1 cup. Reserve any extra sauce for another use.) Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chipotles, chili powder and sea salt in a mixing bowl and stir well. (Optional: Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.)
- Spread 1 tablespoon Chipotle Mayo Sauce on tortilla.
- Top with bacon, tomato, chicken and romaine lettuce.
- Drizzle with some of the remaining Chipotle Sauce as desired.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and serve.
