Cheesy Pimento Tiger Dip

This easy to make, rich ‘n creamy cheese spread has just the right amount of spicy-sweet flavor to make it a perfect dip for crackers, chips or cut veggies such as carrot and celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 ounces pimentos, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Tiger Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Try Me® Cajun Sunshine Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Crackers or chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Add pimentos, Tiger Sauce, Cajun Sunshine and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve at room temperature or warm, with crackers or cut veggies. (It can be heated in the microwave, in a microwave-safe bowl, until softened and easy to stir, about 30 seconds.)
