Green Goddess Dressing

The classic Goddess dressing taken to the next level.

Yield:

2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • ½  cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 anchovy filet finely chopped
  • 1 cup Blue Plate®️ Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. PUREE in the bowl of a food processor the avocado, parsley, chives, tarragon, garlic, anchovies, mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
  2. TRANSFER to a resealable jar and refrigerate until the ready to serve.
