Perfect Grilled Cheese


  • 2 Tablespoons Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 3-4 slices of your favorite sliced cheese, such as American or Cheddar


  1. SPREAD mayonnaise on outsides of bread. Put first slice mayonnaise side down in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. TOP with sliced cheese. Top with second slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
  3. FLIP sandwich after 2-3 minutes when golden brown. Cook until second side is golden brown.
