Sweet and Smoky Mayonnaise

Try this flavorful mayo with fried seafood platters, po-boys, burgers, grilled meats or as a dip with chips, fries and hash browns.


  • 1 cup Blue Plate®️ Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, preferably sweet pimenton
  • 1 teaspoon Tiger Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. COMBINE the mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, Tiger Sauce, honey and salt and pepper in small bowl and whisk well. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors combine.
