Perfect Grilled Cheese

Golden brown on the outside with gooey melted cheese on the inside, this classic grilled cheese sandwich is the ultimate comfort food. Spreading Blue Plate Mayo on the outsides of the sandwich bread before cooking it in the pan will make it extra flavorful and crispy. Now that’s the good stuff!

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the outsides of each slice of bread. Put one of the bread slices mayonnaise side down in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Top it with the sliced cheese and the second slice of bread, placed mayonnaise side up.
  3. Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until the bread is a crispy golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
